Delete your account
Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab and tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what’s deleted and what stays, then confirm. If you saved your account with an email, we first send a code to that email to confirm it’s really you.
What’s deleted
- Your name, bio and profile
- Your Edge and your record
- Saves, follows, notifications and history
What stays
- Questions you published stay, with no name on them — the byline becomes "Deleted account".
- Your past calls stay inside the crowd numbers other people saw — nothing links them to you.
Calls stay in the totals because a crowd percentage belongs to everyone who committed against it: removing yours would silently rewrite the numbers other people made their own calls on. What’s kept carries no name, no email and no link to you.
If you no longer have the app
If you saved your account with an email, write to [email protected] from that same email address with your username and the word "delete", and we’ll take care of it.
If you never saved an email, the account cannot be claimed from outside the app — it holds no email, phone number or other contact detail, so there is no way to verify that it’s yours. Once the app is gone from the device that created it, no one — including us — can sign into it again; it remains only as unreachable, anonymous data.
